This week has been crazy and it's only Thursday! OK deep breaths........... I've rescued a bird that crashed into my window, she's uninjured and has flown away. Blackbirds are a symbol of positivity energy, adaptability, intelligence, protection and intuition so I'm viewing it as a good omen. I've had to call the police after I caught a creepy guy rummaging through stuff in my back garden. Police believe it's linked to an ongoing investigation of another incident along the street and have assured me he will not be returning and has been removed from the area. I've also discovered another mouse nest. I had to throw out my arm chairs last week after finding a nest inside one. 😫 This time it was inside my gardening box in the kitchen, I definitely won't be planting those onions now 😕 (not that my garden is anywhere near ready for planting anything) I've had midwife appointments (and 3 year old temper tantrums that caused us to miss the bus home) and job centre appointments (where my 3 year old ran off and hid under a desk, aren't kids fun? 🙄) Weekly shopping (and 3 year old temper tantrums that forced me to abandon my shopping and leave the supermarket with nothing) A second attempt at shopping with my 3 year old comments of "Mummy I'm sick of this shop!" I've had bloods taken (which I hate) and tomorrow I'm getting my glucose testing for gestational diabetes and more bloods taken 😣. Only 10 weeks to go until baby girl arrives! Today is going to be another day of scrubbing and disinfecting the house and maybe a nap if I'm lucky (fingers crossed for me please) On a brighter note my baby is growing perfectly and is healthy and I'm finally getting through the mountain of chores that never seem to end. Potty training is going well (my son even changed his own nappy after having an accident 😂)
Despite more printing errors some of my new notebooks are available on the website and a few new things are on the way so keep your eyes peeled for the next announcement. I'm also working on a new idea which I will reveal soon if I ever find the time. That's it for now (I hope). Stay safe people, I will check in again soon with more of my crazy adventures.
